Living in a van is a very different experience when you are hanging out in a city instead of boondocking in the wilderness. I vastly prefer boondocking, but since my kids and grandkids all live in the city I sometimes need to resort to urban stealth camping.

These two videos cover my return to Wyoming and a spring snowstorm that welcomed be back to the Cowboy State. I hope you enjoy the videos!
After a couple of weeks watching the weather forecast and researching campsites along my route to Wyoming, I settled on a great-sounding camping area in the National Forest north of St. George, Utah. The weather promised to be beautiful, and it was only a few miles off my route to Wyoming. Perfect!
What I did not anticipate was the campground being full when I arrived. Apparently a lot of other people had the same idea. I checked a number of other campsites as I continued making my way north, but they either had no phone coverage, were too muddy to access in a minivan, or were full.
This video covers my journey into Utah and my misadventures finding a campsite.
